When I first met with Mat, I was surprised to learn one of his top qualities is the ease of conversation.  In this fast paced real estate market, it is refreshing to work with people who take the time to talk to you and listen to your vision and goals.  The first step for me is always to find people who care and don't want to rush the process.  Mat hits it out of the park with communicating, educating, knowledge, and taking an interest in every project's sometimes intricate or special circumstances!  

I am the owner and operator of North Shore Enhancement LLC based out of Saugus, we are currently working with Mat as the landscapers on a project in Danvers, MA. We worked with Mat on a project in Lynn, MA in the summer of 2021. Mat was very easy to work with and the payments were quick and on time. As a contractor who has been in the field for 20 years, I have worked with General Contractors and other investors in the past and Mat is by far the easiest to work with. He has a vision and is accepting of professional opinions. He keeps a sharp budget and knows what he wants. If you are a professional in your trade and want to work with a great investor, do what I did and fill out a contractor application form!
